Founded in 1997 By Timothy and Kathryn Klenk
Tim and Kathy came to the RV Capitol of the World in 1996 to prove to a previous employer in Minnesota, that we could own and manage successfully, a state-of-the art service facilty.
Tim and Kathy wanted to get their feet wet and did so with taking employment at a RV dealership in the Elkhart area. They learned the processes, observed procedures, practiced and perfected customer service. Managing a Service Shop was no stranger to Tim. His extensive 30 years of experience, his parents gave him from the family-run RV Business, tutored Timothy for success!! The RV Service center he was hired to manage, started making money for the first time in history. After a year, the owners sat up and took notice of this phenomenon and decided they could manage Tims' successful efforts without him. Today, that RV Service Center has closed several times. Frustrated with the problems manufacturers faced with slideouts, Tims' extensive knowledge, catapulted his reputation with manufacturers' like Newmar, Monaco, Fleetwood, Gulfstream,and more. Tim was offered a position of Parts, Service and Warranty Director at a local RV plant. Tim and Kathy moved on to more Manufacturing education in the RV Capitol. They found themselves learning the in's and out's of the manufacturing side of the industry. The Customer Service and Warranty division of a local RV Manufacturer, invited Tim to turn their Department around, and create more happy customers. Again, he took the bull by the horns, and was making the Department a well-oiled, customer service machine. He was artistic and creative at finding service appointments and centers for warranty customers. Even more so, is the story of the Canadian dealership that needed a side-wall change on a Fifth Wheel. Tim called US dealerships and service centers until he was blue in the face to get this customer repaired. He managed to orchestrate a service appointment at a small facility in the center of Elkhart. This one bay service.
